Apple & Chamomile Cold Brewed Sparkling Tea with Pure, British Honey

The story behind the fizz

This blend was born from a desire to capture that "settled mind" feeling in a bottle. We take our signature 24-hour cold-brewed green tea and blend it with a trio of locally pressed apples from Herefordshire: Gala, Jonagold, and Jazz.

By using three distinct apple varieties, we achieve a balance of crispness and tartness that concentrates simply cannot match. We then infuse the blend with chamomile from the Wye Valley—a quiet, calming botanical that works beautifully with the honey from our bees. As a secondary producer, we handle the pressing and blending ourselves to ensure every drop is free from refined sugars and artificial additives.

The taste profile

Think of this as a sophisticated, sparkling version of a country orchard. You get the immediate, tart snap of the Herefordshire apples, followed by the mellow, honeyed notes of the Wye Valley chamomile. The finish is soft and floral, rounded out by the earthy sweetness of our Hampshire honey. It is a gentle, bubbly drink designed for moments when you need a bit of calm focus.
