Classic Cold Brewed Sparkling Tea with Pure, British Honey

The story behind the fizz

This is where our journey began. When I started keeping bees, I wanted to create a drink that was as honest as the honey they produced. Our Classic is a simple, two-ingredient blend: Chunmee Taipan Superior green tea and pure British honey.

The secret lies in our patience. While many canned iced teas are hot-brewed quickly, we cold-brew our tea leaves for 24 hours. This slow extraction pulls out the smooth, grassy umami of the green tea while keeping the caffeine low and the antioxidants high. We then fold in honey from my own hives and a few local bee farmers across the South of England. It is a quiet, steady kind of energy—no refined sugar, no jitters, just nature in a bottle.
