A few years ago, I was searching for balance and a clearer mind, and I found both in nature. I will never forget the first time I opened a colony of honey bees, the air instantly humming with the mesmerizing buzz of hundreds of tiny wings taking flight. Beekeeping, in that moment, truly grounded me.

When I chose to give up alcohol, I turned to the honey from my hives and began experimenting—combining my love of brewing with the purity of natural ingredients.

What emerged was something beautifully unexpected: a sparkling cold-brewed tea, gently sweetened with pure British honey from my hives in the south of England. It’s not kombucha, mead, or soda—it’s a drink that celebrates simplicity, craft, and connection.

That’s how Black Bear began—a small act of care that grew into something I’m proud to share with you.
