Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, after which your order is handed over to our carriers. For our standard UK service, please allow 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered and 15 working days for international parcels, as we are unable to raise this with the courier before this time. If you have any questions about your order get in touch with us via orders@blackbearhoney.co.uk
In most cases once an order has been placed we cannot amend or cancel it so do make sure all of your details are correct before placing your order.
Please note that we are not liable if a parcel goes missing if you have selected a "Safe Place/Space" for your parcel to be left, however we will do our best to help you so get in touch via orders@blackbearhoney.co.uk and we'll see what we can do!

We offer a Next Working Day (Mon-Friday) service with DPD, please place your order before 12pm so that we have enough time to get your order ready for the postie!
Returns Policy
Food and beverage items are non-returnable unless faulty, with proof required. Return shipping costs are not covered by Black Bear Honey Co unless otherwise agreed. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at orders@blackbearhoney.co.uk with your order details and, if applicable, proof of fault. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
